No. Every job is run through our five-person shop with our own crew. Nothing is farmed out. Richard personally oversees measuring, material selection, finishing, and installation. When you hire Armstrong, you get Armstrong — not a rotating cast of whoever was available that week.

For hardware and decorative items, absolutely — bring whatever pulls, knobs, or fixtures you want. For structural materials and sheet goods, we typically source our own because we know exactly what holds up and what doesn't. We're happy to match a specific species or finish if you have something particular in mind.
